About Me

I'm an NCTJ accredited journalist with a passion for UK politics. My work is published on sites such as the Liverpool Echo and MerseyNewsLive and I was part of a small team that created weekly political podcasts which are available on Spotify here. I also write regularly on my Substack.

I was pleased to work with Sky News as part of their General Election 2024 coverage. I was at the count in Rochdale, getting footage of the ballot count and the results declaration that were broadcast live on Sky News.

I am passionate about broadcast journalism, but I also enjoy producing long-form journalism. I am currently producing and presenting a podcast documentary about mental health provision for children in primary schools, which will be available to listen to in early September.

I completed my MA in Journalism at Liverpool John Moores University and I have a first class degree from the University of Liverpool in English Literature and Politics.
